Integration questions

Straight answers.

PayLoop sits in front of your POS. Orders placed via PayLoop's QR-based menu flow into your POS through its API (or webhooks, or a direct integration — depends on the POS). Settlement and reporting flow back out. Your kitchen sees the order in the same system it's always used — no new screens, no new tablets.
Menu items, modifiers, and prices flow from your POS into PayLoop (so your guest-facing menu always matches your actual inventory). Orders, transactions, cashback, and customer profiles flow from PayLoop back to your POS. For groups, we can also sync across outlets.
48 hours from signature to first transaction. We pull your menu from the POS, configure PayLoop, print your QR codes, and walk your managers through the dashboard. Most of the time goes to menu photography and QR code printing — the POS integration itself is a matter of API keys.
Often yes. If your existing gateway supports our required flows (tokenisation, 3D Secure, webhooks), we can route through it. If you're in a jurisdiction we haven't covered yet, let us know — we're actively expanding our gateway list.
PayLoop runs in "offline-tolerant" mode by default. If the POS API is down, orders queue locally and sync automatically when the connection recovers. Your kitchen always has the order (we also print a kitchen ticket as a fallback). Nothing stalls at the guest's table.
